Rejuvenate the skin with plasma energy technology that uses super-charged metal pins to transmit high radio frequency voltage into the skin. When moved closer to the skin, the energy reacts with atmospheric pressure to create plasma energy. This stimulates a natural wound healing response with profound collagen production, creating smoother and tighter skin, with a decrease in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Skin Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is an exciting new natural treatment to improve your skin texture, smooth wrinkles, fine lines and soften scars. It is suitable for all skin types and all areas of the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Skin needling is performed with a surgical grade instrument with stainless steel micro needles ranging from 0.5mm to 1.5mm in length. Scaring is treated with needles up to 2mm.
Hyaluaronic acid and colostrums gel is used during the treatment to help hydrate the skin and minimise fine lines. This can be purchased after your treatment (see below). The treatment promotes the natural reproduction of collagen and elastin, making the skin feel smoother and tighter. Creating only microscopic punctures in the epidermis, skin needling is minimally invasive with little damage to the epidermis which means the collagen production is significantly quicker than some other more aggressive treatments.

Medical Skin Needling - DERMAROLLA
$99 / +$40 Add LED light to enhance the treatment Package of 3 = $270
Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), also known as medical skin needling or micro-needling, is a minimally-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as scars on the face and body. The treatment uses tiny needles or micro-needles on a medical-grade roller that is moved over the skin to create tiny, evenly-spaced puncture wounds on the skin. This process stimulates the body’s natural collagen production by generating a wound healing response. The roller used is much like a fine tattooing needle, so should cause minimal trauma when creating the microscopic punctures in the skin. However, topical local anaesthetic can be used to minimise discomfort. By damaging the skin, you encourage the body to produce new collagen and elastin, which helps it thicken and ‘plump up’. The procedure can be performed on the face and body.
Skin Needling with Dermal Rolla
Millions of people worldwide have scars caused by injury or acne. Millions of people suffer from unsightly stretchmarks and not one person wants them. If you would like to find out more please call us for a complimentary consultation. Dermal rolling involves applying a small roller made of surgical needles to the surface of the skin. The roller creates tiny puncture channels encourage an organic collagen renewal and regeneration response. 2. Pre & Post treatment instructions
For patients that bruise easily, it is advised to consider taking Arnica another anti-inflammatory and anti-bruising product 1-2 days prior to each skin needling session and 2-3 days post procedure.

What Should I Do After Collagen Induction Therapy Treatment?
After Collagen Induction Therapy Treatment, your skin will be a bit red or pink. You may also get some bleeding and bruising, however this should be minimal and will depend on the length of the needle used during your treatment. The downtime with this treatment is very quick and you should have recovered between 24-72 hours.
Because the results of this treatment rely on kick-starting your body’s own collagen production, it can take between four to eight weeks before you start to fully see the benefits. A series of between two and five treatments is usually recommended to achieve maximum results.
Your practitioner may also ask you to use a home-use roller and cosmeceutical grade skincare to enhance your treatment results. These home-use devices have much shorter needles than those used in clinics for treatments and are designed to help your skin absorb the active ingredients in any skincare products you are using. Beware of buying these types of products on the internet as you should not be using any medical grade device on your own at home. The best way to ensure you are using the right device is to have a consultation with a specialist practitioner who can advise you on the right homecare kit to use and how it can complement any treatments.
